Ms Grace Galmo
CEC , department of lands
Madam Grace Galmo Boru is a highly accomplished professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in various leadership roles. She holds a Masters in Education from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa(CUEA), as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a specialization in English/Literature from Moi University.
Mr Adan Wario

Mr. Adan is the municipal board chairman and has a wealth of experience in leadership and management.
Mr Galm Rogicha
Chief Officer, Department of Lands,
Mr. Galm Guyo Rogicha is an accomplished professional with over 26 years of experience in banking, business development, strategic leadership, and public administration. He currently serves as the Chief Officer, Lands, Energy, Housing, and Urban Development, County Government of Marsabit, where he oversees the planning, coordination, and implementation of policies and programs across the department’s key sectors.
Mr Boru Golicha
Municipal manager
Mr Golicha has a Master’s degree in Strategic Management from Africa Nazarene University. He is a highly organized and meticulous manager with over 10 years experience in the NGO world.
